we are all volunteers...
It is important to note that every single person involved with Hawke's Bay Rowing Club is a volunteer. We are very fortunate to have such great people dedicating huge amounts of their spare time to our Club and to developing the athletes.
Over Summer, coaches can be putting in 15+ hours of training time plus all of the behind the scenes administration for regatta entries etc and some are Committee members on top of that.
